About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern the website at www.quicksimpleleads.com and the research and lead-list services provided by Quick Simple Leads, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Quick Simple Leads," "we," "us," or "our").
By accepting these Terms during checkout, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and authorized to enter into this agreement. If you purchase for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Any separately signed agreement controls over conflicting provisions in these Terms. Specific commitments accepted as part of your order remain effective.
What we provide
We research and compile custom business-to-business prospect lists based on your selected state and industry keyword or other targeting criteria we accept. We deliver the resulting list electronically in CSV format to the email address provided with your order.
We gather business information from public business directories, business websites, and other sources used in our research process. Available fields vary by source and business.
Depending on availability and the purchased service, records may include business names, business contact details, professional names and roles, websites, social profiles, business locations, industry classifications, company estimates, website technology information, and search or traffic metrics.
A "lead" means a business or professional contact record. It does not mean the business or individual has requested your services, expressed purchasing interest, been financially qualified, or consented to your outreach.
We provide downloadable files, not a subscription platform or native CRM integration. You are responsible for configuring imports into your chosen software.
Pricing order scope and delivery
The price displayed and accepted at checkout applies to your order. Our current standard offering is $14.99 per custom list, with no subscription, monthly credits, or recurring commitment. Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed before payment.
You authorize the one-time payment approved at checkout. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Each order covers research using the customer's accepted keyword criteria throughout one selected state. "Unlimited results" means there is no per-record charge and we do not impose a numerical cap on the results produced by that search. We do not guarantee a minimum number of records or that the search will identify every matching business in the state. Results depend on the selected criteria and information available from the sources searched.
An order does not include ongoing monitoring, future updates, additional states, or revised searches unless expressly included in the accepted order.
You are responsible for providing accurate targeting criteria and a working delivery email address. Contact us promptly if you discover an error. Changes requested after research begins may require a new order; any additional charge requires your agreement.
We ordinarily deliver your CSV file by email within 24-48 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete targeting information. These are elapsed hours, not business hours. Timing varies with the size of the state, the scope of the search, and the volume of available information.
This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. If we anticipate delivery will take longer than 48 hours, we will notify you with an updated estimate. Contact support@quicksimpleleads.com if your file has not arrived, including after checking your spam or junk folders.
Fresh research overlapping results and verification
We research each custom list for the applicable order. We do not resell your completed tailored list to another customer.
This commitment does not give you exclusive rights to the underlying businesses or contacts. Independently generated lists may contain overlapping records, particularly when customers select the same or similar keywords and states. Results may also differ because directory content and search results change over time.
"Fresh" means the information is collected for your order. It does not mean every source recently updated its listings or that every listed business remains active. Source information may contain outdated details, inaccuracies, omissions, or duplicates.
Our research software provides email-validation checks that assess whether an address appears valid or active based on email-server responses and other available validation signals. These checks do not involve sending a test email to the address.
Validation is a point-in-time assessment, not a guarantee. Server configurations, catch-all domains, filtering, and later changes can affect the result. A validation label does not establish that a particular person owns or monitors the mailbox, that a message will be delivered or read, or that the recipient has consented to marketing.
Unless expressly included in your accepted order, we do not guarantee that every record will contain an email address, a conclusive validation result, direct decision-maker details, or a value in every advertised field.
Revenue, headcount, traffic, website-technology, and similar metrics may be estimates or third-party observations. They are not audited financial statements or guarantees of current business conditions.
These limitations do not excuse failure to perform the research service or meet express commitments in your accepted order.
Order issues cancellations and refunds
We do not offer a general lead-by-lead replacement guarantee. We can help you refine targeting criteria for future orders.
If you receive an unreadable file, the wrong file, or a list that materially differs from the accepted order, contact support@quicksimpleleads.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
You may cancel for a refund before research begins. Once research begins, cancellation is subject to our agreement. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion. If a delivered file materially fails to match the accepted order, we will correct the issue or refund the affected order if we cannot reasonably correct it.
Dissatisfaction with sales results alone does not establish that the research service was defective.
Nothing in this section limits a refund, billing-dispute right, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Permitted use and outreach responsibilities
Subject to payment and these Terms, you may use the delivered list for your business's lawful internal prospecting and research. You may import it into your CRM and allow service providers acting on your behalf to access it under appropriate confidentiality, security, and use restrictions.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, publicly post, or redistribute the list as a separate data product.
You are responsible for determining whether and how you may lawfully contact each recipient. Public availability and purchase of a contact record do not themselves establish consent.
You must:
Comply with applicable email, telephone, text-message, advertising, privacy, and do-not-call requirements.
Obtain any consent necessary for your chosen outreach method.
Honor unsubscribe requests, consent withdrawals, and applicable suppression requirements.
Accurately identify yourself and avoid deceptive statements.
Maintain required compliance records and protect the information.
Follow lawful correction, deletion, or suppression instructions we communicate concerning delivered information.
You may not use our lists for harassment, unlawful discrimination, identity theft, stalking, or eligibility decisions concerning credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other purposes requiring a consumer report.
These customer responsibilities do not relieve Quick Simple Leads of its own legal obligations.
Website use and intellectual property
You may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or systematically extract website content without permission except where legally permitted.
We and our licensors retain rights in our website, branding, original content, and proprietary compilation work. We do not claim exclusive ownership of public facts or third-party trademarks.
You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to process that information as reasonably necessary to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet our legal obligations, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
References to directories, software platforms, or third-party brands do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Their owners retain their respective rights.
Communications
We may email you concerning payment, targeting questions, delivery, and support.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable law and your choices. You may unsubscribe using the provided mechanism or contact support@quicksimpleleads.com.
Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to automated marketing calls or texts. Any legally required consent must be obtained separately.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS COMMITMENTS IN YOUR ACCEPTED ORDER OR A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THE WEBSITE AND LISTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free third-party information, successful outreach, sales, profits, or return on investment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.
SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS BELOW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
These limitations do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited. They do not eliminate express refund obligations or nonwaivable privacy or consumer rights.
Business customer indemnification
A business customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Simple Leads and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable associated legal costs to the extent caused by that customer's unlawful outreach, unauthorized redistribution or misuse of a list, or material breach of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our negligence, misconduct, or breach.
We will give reasonably prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. No settlement may admit liability on our behalf or impose nonmonetary obligations on us without our written consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Refusal or termination of service
We may decline an order or suspend services when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unlawful use, nonpayment, or a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Declining an order does not authorize us to retain payment for services we will not provide except as otherwise lawfully agreed. Accrued payment obligations, applicable remedies, and provisions intended to survive remain effective.
Governing law and disputes
Texas law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Unless applicable law requires a different forum, disputes will be brought in the state courts in Tarrant County, Texas, or federal courts of the Northern District of Texas with jurisdiction over the dispute.
We encourage you to contact support@quicksimpleleads.com to resolve concerns. Informal contact is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights and does not shorten legal deadlines.
Updates and general provisions
We may revise these Terms for future orders. The version accepted when you place an order governs that order unless we both agree otherwise. We will obtain additional agreement where legally required.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement.
These Terms and the accepted order or separate written agreement govern their subject matter. They do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
