Privacy Policy

Effective date: 09/12/26

  1. Who we are

Quick Simple Leads, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), provides custom business-to-business prospect lists through www.quicksimpleleads.com.

This policy explains our handling of information about website visitors, purchasers, people who contact us, and business owners or professionals whose information appears in our research and lead lists.

Information about a company is not always personal information. However, business information that identifies an individual may be protected by privacy law.

  1. Information provided by customers and visitors

When you place an order or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as:

    1. Your name, email address, and any business or contact details you submit.

    2. Your selected state, industry keyword, and other accepted targeting instructions.

    3. Order details, payment status, and transaction references.

    4. Support messages, correspondence, and communication preferences.

We use this information to process purchases, conduct research, deliver CSV files, resolve problems, maintain business records, and communicate with you.

No customer account or subscription is required for our standard list service.

Payments: Checkout is processed through Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information submitted through its payment interface. We receive information needed to administer the transaction.

Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information through general support messages.

  1. Information collected for business lead lists

We research business information from public business directories, business websites, public professional or social profiles, and public business registers. Sources described on our website include Google Maps, Bing Maps, Yelp, and Yellow Pages.

Delivered lists contain business names, addresses, contact information, and email addresses available in public business listings. Research and validation software assists with collection and email-quality checks.

Depending on availability, our research may include:

    1. Business names, websites, industry categories, and business addresses.

    2. Professional names, titles, work email addresses, telephone numbers, and professional-profile links.

    3. Business-location information, including published coordinates.

    4. Company founding dates, estimated revenue and employee counts, and industry codes.

    5. Business social profiles, public review counts, ratings, and directory status.

    6. Website technology, hosting, advertising-technology, and analytics observations.

    7. Search visibility, backlink, authority, and traffic metrics.

    8. Email-validation results and related data-quality information.

Not every list contains every category. Some fields describe businesses rather than individuals, and some metrics are estimates.

We use this information to identify businesses matching customer criteria, compile and deliver lists, perform data-quality checks, and address applicable privacy requests.

Public visibility does not necessarily mean information is unrestricted or exempt from applicable privacy law.

We conduct research using the customer's selected keywords and state and compile the results available from the sources searched at that time.

Our research software can assess email addresses using email-server responses and other available validation signals without sending a test email. When performed, we use these checks to assess data quality and may include the resulting validation status in the delivered list.

A validation result does not establish a person's identity, ownership of the mailbox, interest in a customer's services, or consent to receive communications.

  1. Website information and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use our website, evaluate website performance, and improve our content and services.

Google Analytics can collect cookie or similar identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring sources, and website interactions. It uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions, although some configurations can transmit measurement data without cookies. Google Analytics 4 uses IP addresses during collection but does not log or store them; it can derive approximate geographic information.

Information collected through Google Analytics is transmitted to and processed by Google. Learn more about Google's collection and use of information at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The add-on is specific to Google Analytics; it does not stop all website logging or other tracking, and deleting or blocking cookies alone may not prevent all measurement transmissions.

The website-technology information we research about prospective businesses is separate from Google Analytics measurement on our own website.

  1. How we disclose information

Purchasers of business lists. We provide researched business and professional information to customers who purchase lists matching their targeting criteria. These customers include businesses, startups, and researchers using the information for prospecting or research.

Customers generally determine their own subsequent uses of the delivered information. Our Terms restrict misuse, but customers remain responsible for their own privacy and outreach obligations.

We do not resell a customer's completed tailored list to another customer. However, we may independently research the same business or professional contact for another order. Searches using the same or similar keywords and states may return overlapping information, depending on what the sources contain and return at the time.

This distinction concerns how we create and deliver lists. It does not mean that an individual's contact information will be disclosed to only one customer, and it does not limit applicable privacy rights.

Service providers. We disclose information to providers supporting payment processing, website operation, analytics, research, validation, file delivery, recordkeeping, and customer support, as applicable. These include Hostinger for website and email hosting, Google for Google Analytics, and Stripe for payment processing. Research and email-validation software providers support collection and data-quality checks.

Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, prevent fraud, protect rights or safety, or establish or defend legal claims.

Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable requirements.

At your direction. We may disclose information as you specifically request or authorize.

  1. Paid lead disclosures and privacy choices

Our business involves providing researched business contact information to purchasing customers for payment. Our searches target businesses rather than private individuals in their personal or household capacities. A search may nevertheless return information identifying an owner or professional, including where a business operates under an individual's name.

To the extent records constitute personal information under applicable law, providing them to customers for payment may constitute a sale. Whether a record is exempt depends on the applicable law, its source, content, and context. A business label alone does not determine the answer.

The categories provided to purchasers are described in Section 3. Their intended purposes are business prospecting and research.

We do not offer a general voluntary service for businesses to remove or suppress business-entity listings from future searches. This does not limit any rights an individual has under applicable privacy law concerning personal information. Individuals may contact support@quicksimpleleads.com to submit a privacy request as described in Section 9.

  1. Retention

Customer-requested lead lists. We retain lists created for a customer's order for no more than seven days after delivery. Within that period, we delete our copies of the lists, including CSV attachments in email, backup copies, and temporary research files. Customers should save their delivered files because we do not maintain a permanent archive for later retrieval.

The seven-day deletion policy covers copies under our control. It does not delete the customer's delivered copy or information in the original public sources. Emails retained as correspondence do not retain the CSV attachments covered by this deletion policy.

Communications. We do not currently apply a fixed deletion schedule to correspondence with Quick Simple Leads. We may retain communications indefinitely where legally permitted, for customer support, business records, and the handling of disputes. Older communications may be removed when needed to manage storage capacity, including hosting-provider limits. Retention remains subject to applicable deletion obligations and other legal requirements; storage availability is not a guarantee that a communication will be preserved.

Order and payment records. The seven-day list period does not establish the retention period for order confirmations, transaction records, or accounting records.

Google Analytics. Analytics information is separate from customer lead files. User-level and event-level retention depends on our Google Analytics settings; standard aggregated reports may be retained differently.

Website logs and compliance records. Where law requires preservation of particular records or a valid legal hold applies, we retain only the affected information for the necessary period. Files already delivered to customers are held under their own retention practices and legal obligations.

  1. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle.

No system or delivery method guarantees absolute security. This does not reduce our obligations to protect information or provide legally required incident notices.

Customers are responsible for protecting files after receipt and restricting access to authorized users.

  1. Privacy requests

Depending on your location, the information involved, and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of information; learn about disclosures; or opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

Submit a request to support@quicksimpleleads.com or write to our mailing address below. Identify the information involved and the right you wish to exercise. No new account is required. We evaluate requests under applicable law, including relevant business-context and publicly available information exclusions.

We request identity or agent-authority verification only as appropriate and legally permitted. We do not require identity verification for an opt-out where prohibited.

Where Texas's privacy statute applies, we generally respond within 45 days, with a permitted 45-day extension upon notice. You may appeal a denial through the same contact methods. We respond to Texas appeals within 60 days and explain our decision.

You may also submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General through its consumer complaint portal: https://consumerprotection.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumercomplaintportal/s/

We do not unlawfully discriminate against individuals exercising privacy rights. Legal exceptions may limit particular requests.

  1. Previously delivered information

Deleting our copy of a list does not retrieve files already delivered to customers or delete the original public directory listing.

Where applicable law requires us to communicate a correction, deletion, or opt-out request to recipients, we will do so. Recipients may also have their own obligations concerning information they independently control.

Contact us if you need assistance concerning information supplied through our Services.

  1. Marketing preferences

You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting support@quicksimpleleads.com.

We may continue necessary order, delivery, support, or other nonmarketing communications where legally permitted.

Buying a list does not authorize our customers to disregard the communication preferences of people appearing in that list.

  1. Sensitive information and children

Our service is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been included.

  1. Processing locations and other state notices

We perform our own lead-list research and processing on local servers in the State of Texas.

Our use of outside providers is separate from that local processing. Google processes Analytics information, Stripe processes payment information, and Hostinger processes website and email information needed to deliver its hosting services. Their processing is not represented as limited to Texas and is subject to their applicable agreements and practices.

  1. Policy updates

We may revise this policy to reflect operational or legal changes. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice where required.

We will obtain consent before materially different uses of previously collected information where consent is legally required. Posting an updated policy does not itself supply that consent.
