Name the business you want to reach, choose a state you can serve, and use the resulting CSV as a starting point for further research.
Start With the Business You Want to Reach
Your search starts with the type of business that could use your service. Name that business clearly before thinking about outreach.
For example, a commercial cleaning company may want to reach accounting firms. In that situation, accounting firms describes the prospective customer. Commercial cleaning describes the service being sold and would point the research toward a different group of businesses.
Use a Recognizable Business Category
Choose a phrase a business might use to describe itself in a public directory. Accounting firms, real estate agents, and landscapers are examples of recognizable business types.
Requirements such as “ready to buy,” “needs a new supplier,” or “has a large budget” are things to establish through further research and conversation. A directory category cannot confirm them.

Choose the State You Can Serve
A standard Quick Simple Leads order researches one accepted industry keyword throughout one selected state. Think about your travel, delivery, or service boundaries before selecting that state.
If you only work in a few cities, you can review the location fields in your delivered CSV to focus your shortlist. A statewide search can include businesses outside your immediate service area; it does not promise complete coverage of every matching business.
Keep Your Search and Your Shortlist Separate
The keyword defines the group to research. Your shortlist comes afterward, when you review available location, company details, websites, and other fields.
A specific phrase can help clarify your intent, but result counts still depend on the accepted criteria and available sources. There is no guaranteed minimum number of businesses. Avoid choosing a broader category solely to obtain a larger list if those businesses would be less relevant.
Check Your Target Before Ordering
- Does the keyword describe your potential customer’s business?
- Is the selected state one you can realistically serve?
- Have you separated business type from needs you must verify later?
- Are your targeting information and delivery email correct?
You provide your keyword, state, and delivery information during Stripe checkout. If you discover an error, contact support@quicksimpleleads.com promptly. Changes after research begins may require a new order.
